After you place an order, we need time to pick, pack, and ship it. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods (e.g., holidays, sales), it may take longer. We'll keep you updated via email if there are delays.
We offer standard and express shipping options where available. The options and carriers depend on your location. At checkout, you'll see the available methods and estimated delivery dates.

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For damaged items, see our Refund & Return Policy—we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
If a package shows as delivered but you didn't receive it, check with neighbors or your building's mail room. Carriers sometimes leave packages in safe spots. If it's truly missing, contact us and we'll investigate.
For international orders, delivery times may be longer (often 2–4 weeks or more). Customs or import fees may apply—these are the responsibility of the recipient.
