Understanding hosting status messages
After checkout, NextShopper sends work to an upstream panel adapter. Until that finishes, you may see messages such as provisioning queued, failed, or a service marked suspended. Usage meters may stay empty until the panel account is active.
Reading these messages correctly prevents duplicate purchases and helps you give support the right details.
Who this guide is for
- Customers who just paid for hosting and wonder why the panel is not ready
- Anyone seeing failed or suspended banners on a service page
- Partners waiting on usage stats
Status meanings
| Message / state | Meaning | What you should do |
|---|---|---|
| Provisioning is queued | Adapter will create/update the account | Wait; refresh later; do not repurchase |
| Provisioning failed | Upstream could not finish | Open a Technical ticket with invoice + domain |
| Suspended | Non-payment or staff action | Pay invoices; contact Billing if already paid |
| No usage yet | Account not active or usage not synced | Wait after successful provision |
| Active with usage | Panel account is live | Use panel details on the service page |
Before you start
- Confirm the related invoice is paid.
- Open the service under Hosting.
- Copy the invoice number and primary domain for any ticket.
Step-by-step: respond to each state
Queued
- Note the time payment cleared.
- Refresh the service page after a short wait.
- Check Notices/Home for unpaid items that could block work.
- If queued for an unusually long time, open a Technical ticket—include how long you have waited.
Failed
- Do not immediately buy the same plan again.
- Open Tickets → department Technical.
- Include invoice number, service name, primary domain, and a screenshot of the failed message if possible.
- Wait for staff to retry the provisioning job from the admin queue.
Suspended
- Open Invoices and pay anything unpaid.
- If everything is paid, open a Billing ticket asking for unsuspend review.
- After unsuspend, verify the website responds and DNS still points correctly (point to hosting).
What success looks like
- Service no longer shows failed/queued blockers.
- Username/panel details appear when expected.
- Site/email paths work after DNS is correct.
Common problems
| Problem | What to try |
|---|---|
| Bought twice while queued | Stop; ticket staff with both invoice numbers |
| Paid but still suspended | Billing ticket; allow time after payment webhooks |
| Usage forever empty | Confirm not failed; ask Technical if active for days |
Frequently asked questions
Does queued mean my money was taken wrongly?
Usually no—payment can succeed while provisioning still runs. Check the paid invoice.
Can I edit DNS while queued?
Yes for the domain, but the site only answers after hosting is active.
