What signing in does
Signing in opens the client portal—the private console where you manage domains, hosting, email mailboxes, invoices, affiliates, tickets, and account security. Public storefront pages (domain search, hosting plans) stay available without signing in; anything tied to your purchases lives behind login.
Who this guide is for
- Returning customers with an existing account
- Anyone who enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) and needs the authenticator step
- Users who forgot their password
Before you start
You need:
- The email used at registration
- Your password, or access to that inbox for a reset link
- If 2FA is on: your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, etc.)
Staff will never ask you to email your password or 2FA codes.
Step-by-step: sign in
- Open Sign in from the storefront.
- Enter your email and password.
- Select Sign in.
- If 2FA is enabled: enter the current 6-digit code from your authenticator app, then select Verify. Codes refresh about every 30 seconds—use the newest code if one fails.
After success you land on portal Home.
Finding your way after login
Use the left sidebar:
| Group | Typical links |
|---|---|
| My products | Home, Domains, Hosting, Emails |
| Billing | Invoices, Affiliates |
| Support | Help Center, Tickets |
| Account | Account, Privacy |
| Store | Register a domain, Transfer in |
On phones, open the menu button to show the sidebar. The avatar menu (top right) also links to Account, Invoices, Privacy, language (EN/বাং), and Sign out.
Forgot your password?
- On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?.
- Enter your account email and submit.
- Open the reset message from your inbox (check spam).
- Choose a new password and save.
- Sign in with the new password.
If no email arrives within a few minutes, confirm the address spelling and try again once. Still stuck? Use Contact—do not create a second account with a different email unless support advises it, or you may split invoices across accounts.
Common problems
| Problem | What to try |
|---|---|
| Wrong password | Reset password; avoid caps lock |
| 2FA code invalid | Wait for a fresh code; check device time is automatic |
| Lost authenticator | Contact support from the email on the account; have recent invoice numbers ready |
| Signed in but blank products | You may not have purchased yet, or you used a different email at checkout |
