How the client portal is organized
The NextShopper client portal is the signed-in console for everything you own: domains, hosting, mailboxes, invoices, affiliates, tickets, and account security. Public pages like domain search stay on the storefront; the portal is where you renew, change DNS, pay invoices, and talk to support with account context.
This guide maps the left sidebar groups, the avatar menu, and mobile navigation so you always know where a task lives.

Avatar menu and language
Top-right avatar / account menu typically includes quick links to Account, Invoices, Privacy, language (EN / বাং), and Sign out. Use Sign out on shared computers.
Header Client portal on the storefront returns you here when authenticated. Cart remains a storefront path (/cart) for new purchases.
Step-by-step: find a common task
- Renew a domain → Domains → open the name → Renew 1 year or Auto-renew.
- Pay an invoice → Invoices → open unpaid → Pay now.
- Change DNS → Domains → open name → DNS records / DNS tab.
- Open support → Tickets → Open a ticket.
- Buy another domain → Store → Register a domain (or
/domains).
What happens next / how to verify success
- The active sidebar item matches the page title (for example Domains, Invoices).
- Omnisearch in the top bar can jump to the same objects—see How to use omnisearch in the portal.
- Signing out returns you to public storefront navigation until you sign in again.
Common problems
| Problem | What to try |
|---|---|
| Cannot see Domains | Confirm login; guest users only see the store |
| Wrong language | Switch EN/বাং from the avatar menu |
| Looking for cPanel login | Open Hosting service details for panel/adapter info—not the sidebar root |
| “Transfer in” missing | Use the transfer page from Store/help links or ask support for the inbound transfer URL |
| Landed on Help Center only | Help is public; return via Client portal or /client |
Frequently asked questions
Is the portal available without buying anything?
Yes. An empty account can still open Home, Account, Privacy, and Help. Product lists stay empty until checkout.
Where are SSL certificates?
Often shown with the related hosting/SSL service—see How to find SSL certificate details.
Can staff see my portal while helping?
Staff may use supervised tools; you will see an impersonation banner if they view as you.
Does navigation differ on mobile?
Labels are the same; the sidebar collapses behind the menu button.
