How to download a paid invoice
After payment, keep a copy of the invoice for accounting, VAT records, and expense reports. In the NextShopper portal, open a Paid invoice and use Print / PDF to save or print the document. Invoices remain available under Invoices even after products renew again.

Before you start
- Sign in to the account that owns the invoice.
- Confirm the invoice is Paid (unpaid documents can still be viewed, but receipts usually mean paid).
- Allow pop-ups/print dialogs in your browser if Print / PDF opens a print view.
Step-by-step: download or print
- Open Invoices.
- Filter Paid if the list is long.
- Open the invoice by Number.
- Review Bill to, line Description, Qty, Amount, Subtotal, Discount, and Total.
- Select Print / PDF.
- Use your browser’s print dialog to save as PDF or send to a printer.
- Store the file with the invoice number in the filename for easy search.

What happens next / how to verify success
- You have a PDF or printed copy showing paid totals.
- Re-opening the same invoice later still works—downloads are not one-time.
- Auth codes and payment card secrets are never printed on the invoice.

Is the PDF emailed automatically?
Watch your inbox for notices, but the portal copy is the reliable source—download from Invoices.
Can I export all invoices as CSV?
Domains have Export CSV on the domain list; invoices are handled per document via Print / PDF unless staff provide another export.
Does bank transfer show as paid immediately?
No—staff mark paid after funds clear. Download after status flips to Paid.
Are refunded invoices kept?
Accounting records are retained per policy—see Privacy/legal pages for retention notes.
