Service Delivery Policy
NextShopper sells digital services, not physical goods. This Policy explains what “delivery” means, when provisioning starts, target timelines, customer dependencies, and how Bangladesh Digital Commerce delivery principles are adapted for domains, hosting, email, and SSL.
Related: Terms · Refunds · Complaints · Expired Domains
1. Meaning of delivery
| Service | Delivered when |
|---|---|
| Domain registration | Registry accepts the create and the domain appears as registered/active in your portal |
| Domain transfer | Transfer completes at the registry and sponsorship updates |
| Hosting | Hosting account is created and access credentials or control-panel access are provided |
| Mailbox exists and login details are available | |
| SSL/TLS | CA issues the certificate after validation and it is available to install/use |
2. When provisioning starts
Provisioning of paid Services generally starts after successful payment capture, or after bank-transfer funds clear and are reconciled against the Invoice. Unpaid checkout drafts are not provisioned.
3. Target timelines
3.1 Domains. We submit eligible paid domain Orders to the upstream registrar without undue delay—target within forty-eight (48) hours of cleared payment, and often within minutes when automation is online. Final registration time depends on registry response (usually minutes; longer for manual-review TLDs).
3.2 Hosting and email. Target activation within forty-eight (48) hours of cleared payment when upstream panels are available; often faster with automation.
3.3 SSL. Starts after payment and depends on domain-control validation. Issuance can take minutes to several days if DNS or HTTP validation on your side is incomplete.
3.4 If we operate in manual or queue mode (for example before live reseller credentials are fully configured), we still communicate status and expected next steps by email and/or portal.
4. Bangladesh digital-commerce alignment
For consumer transactions subject to Bangladesh Digital Commerce Operational Guidelines:
- We treat provisioning handoff as the digital equivalent of handing goods to delivery: you receive access credentials or an active domain state, and we notify you by email (and SMS/phone where contact data and systems allow).
- If we cannot supply the purchased Service, we notify within 48 hours and refund under the Refund Policy.
- Physical intra-city / nationwide day counts (commonly referenced as 5 / 10 days for goods) do not literally apply to digital products; our comparable commitments are the targets above plus refund rights for failure to provision.
5. Customer dependencies (not “late delivery”)
Delays caused by incorrect contact data, unpaid invoices, failure to complete SSL validation, registry locks, transfer rejects, or upstream Force Majeure are not late delivery by NextShopper. You must complete steps we reasonably request.
6. Tracking and evidence of delivery
Track Orders, Invoices, and Service status in the client portal. Transactional emails confirm payment and key lifecycle events when configured. Registry RDAP records and panel account creation constitute evidence of digital delivery.
7. Service qualifications and technology disclosure
For services, we disclose: delivery method (digital provisioning); technology partners (upstream registrar, hosting panels, CAs); and support channels on product pages and in-portal. No physical warranty card applies. Certificate and registry records evidence issuance.
8. Contact
Pending provisioning questions: [email protected] with your invoice number.
