How mailboxes appear in the portal
Business email on NextShopper is managed under Emails in the client portal. Each row shows a mailbox Address, Quota, and a path back to the owning hosting/email service. The page lead explains you can see quota and jump to the hosting service that owns each address.
This guide shows how to open the list, read the fields, and know when DNS is still required for delivery.
Who this guide is for
- Customers who purchased email or a plan that includes mailboxes
- Admins looking up which address belongs to which service
- Anyone troubleshooting “I bought email but cannot find the inbox list”
Before you start
- Sign in to the account that owns the email product.
- Confirm the related hosting/email service is not stuck in failed provisioning.
- Have the domain’s DNS access ready if mail is not delivering yet.
Step-by-step: view mailboxes
- Open sidebar Emails.
- Review the list: Address, Quota (for example :mb MB formatting), and links to the owning service.
- Open a mailbox row to see actions such as Change password and Required DNS.
- If the list is empty, use Browse email products on the storefront or confirm the order invoice.
What happens next / how to verify success
- Expected addresses appear with quotas.
- You can open Required DNS and compare records—see How to set required DNS for email.
- You can change a password when needed—see How to change a mailbox password.
Webmail URLs (if provided by the adapter) appear with service/panel details; use hosting service info when the portal points you there.
Common problems
| Problem | What to try |

| Address missing | Look under the hosting service; ticket with invoice |
| Quota unknown | Refresh after adapter sync |
| Mail not arriving | Fix MX/TXT via Required DNS; wait for TTL |
| Cannot open Emails menu | Sign in; mobile menu → Emails |
Frequently asked questions
Is Emails the same as Account email?
No. Account email is your login. Mailboxes are product addresses like [email protected].
Can I create unlimited addresses here?
Mailbox counts follow the product you purchased.
Where do I set SPF?
Usually via Required DNS TXT records for that mailbox/domain.
Does NextShopper show every filter folder?
The portal manages account-level mailbox settings; day-to-day mail UI is in webmail/client apps.
